    Originally, it would have been a negative rating as they sent me a wrong item. Contacted them and they correct the problem without any additional cost to me. But I did loose valuable time as the item I ordered was needed in two weeks and when they sent me the wrong item, I had to wait for the replacement and my window that I needed it originally for slipped by!
