Seller described the item as: "This Video Gaming Console is in Good cosmetic condition. The housing is free of cracks in the vents, ding and dents The discs slot is taking and ejecting discs properly. The rear panel is clean and free of damage." This was a lie since the console's bottom edges are scuffed and some are broken, the HDMI port is loose (possibility due to being dropped) and the HDMI cable can't make firm contact, leaving it all flimsy. Worse, the item arrived one week late
