I finally contacted ebay a got a refund. This seller has hundreds of negative and neutral feedbacks just in the last 12 months, but still has a 93% positive rating. How can that be?? Probably the worst buying experience that I have ever had on ebay.How is this seller able to still sell on ebay, I just don't have a clue.
