  BEFORE shipping I discovered item was damaged-wrote buyer said I would cancel or do a partial refund. he said he wanted. shipped did refund. post office broke in a totally different part and would be covered by priority ship insurance, cost was $50 total, insurance was $50. he wanted the refund from me....told him it had to go thru post office. never heard from him again till neg feedback. why did he want when he knew it was broken before shipping..did the $25 refund,post office broke item.
