The ornament was not in good condition. There was no ribbon, the plate with the date plaque is on backwards (it can't be read), and the metal piece the date plaque is on is bent. I was told this was evident from the photo and a return was not permitted.

Ornament was fine, buyer was upset that the box was not complete which was part of this item description. She clearly did not read the item description. Her story changes with every word from our original communications. Simple case of buyer remorse. She also wanted ribbon which was not on the ornament and I actually sent her some that she pre-approved! She has been reported and I am covered by seller protections according to ebay!
