Ordered on 30th march expected delivery between 6th - 9th April. Tracking with date set for 6th April. Waited until 9th April checked tracking at this point Evri hadn't received it. Contacted seller and stated unless it was with me by the 10th I would need a refund. I needed items for use in campervan on the 12th. He agreed to refund , then confirmed by eBay messages that he had done so that day, but to give a few days to clear.had to contact customer support over two weeks later. No refund
