    I'm not sure what the buyer is doing. The item was delivered 14 days ago. They NEVER reached out to me about the issue or ever requested a return which I have guarantee returns. The item could have been damaged during shipping, but the buyer never messaged me. I fully tested the tape player and it worked well when I tested it. It's a $15 item. Buyers like this make selling on eBay difficult.
