I'm some ways, my feedback is neutral because I did not receive the item. The seller was unable to locate the item in his storage inventory. But his communication was excellent! He quickly advised me of the issue and gave me the option of continuing to wait or receiving an immediate refund. I chose to wait a couple extra weeks. The seller then proactively refunded my money in full, with no action necessary on my part. Hopefully he will find the item in the future and contact me. :-)
