Unfortunately, what was positive about the experience was how easy it was to return. Orthofeet have orthopedic insoles and this pair of used shoes were missing the insole. I assume the seller may have been unfamiliar with how orthopedic shoes usually look and feel so she did not notice the insole was missing when she bought them somewhere else, used. Innocent error fixed quickly.
