  The electronic chess set was received in good condition, packed well and appeared in good condition. It did not function properly, with the LCD screen nonfunctional. This prevents use of many functions of the chess set. I notified the seller who does not accept returns. He did not answer my questions regarding a return and refund. At his request I forwarded pictures to him. When it appeared clear to me he would not address a refund, I notified e-bay, and forwarded information they requested.
