I ordered the item and waited. 12 weeks later I contacted the seller for an update, at which point they informed me of delays and an indefinite timeline for eventual delivery and offered a refund. I was ok waiting for the item but did not appreciate having to chase for any kind of update, especially after waiting so long. I accepted the refund and went with a different option. It was not a negative experience, they did respond once I followed up but I can't really say it was positive either.
