  This jacket is exactly as advertised. It’s a new item with new tags, and excellent condition. The jacket is definitely water proof. It is nice and roomy but the belt allows you to look dressy and polished in it, not frumpy. It’s a Khaki color, goes with everything. If the sleeves are too long for you, you can fold them up to show a black sleeve underneath. Good price point. Has a zipper that is kind of in a diagonal position, but once you slide it up, it looks straight. Very happy with purchase!
