The item was very well packaged against damage. Shipping was quick and reasonably priced. The planner is in mint condition apart from some light rust on the rings that I failed to see in the pictures. HOWEVER, they accepted my discounted offer, which is more than adequate compensation, AND the rust should easily come off with a light fine steel wool brushing. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SELLER!... and would easily buy from them again.
