    This is quite shocking stuff to leave negative feedback after you were sent numerous messages and in the end we had asked you to close the cases if you still wanted the figures as the cases were overdue and effecting our account we asked this of you numerous times, and in the last message we told you we would have no choice but to cancel the order if you did not reply.
