We are a USA based company and all items ship from the USA. We are located in the Chicago area a few miles from O'Hare Airport. We ship Monday- Friday, and 99% of orders do go out same day. Mondays are very busy which may slow down response time for questions, and orders submitted after 3 pm Central Time may not make it out, but we will go the extra mile to ship items same day.
