    Surfus Style is the Official Store of The Surfus Foundation, which is an LGBTIQ+ public policy and research foundation in Grand Rapids, MI. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Chris Surfus, The Surfus Foundation exists to improve the quality of lives for LGBTIQ+ people through advocacy, collaboration, and empowerment. The Surfus Foundation does this through changing policies in order to protect the LGBTIQ+ communities of West Michigan and beyond from discrimination, by educating communities on the key issues facing the LGBTIQ+ community through data and research, and by empowering LGBTIQ+ people to grow in education, employment, and economic development to live productive and impactful lives.

    The Surfus Foundation is tax-exempt under IRS Section 501(c)(3).
