Guy buys a patch and then, once received, wants to return it for a refund. No problem...eBay starts the return process. Buyer must send the item back and when I receive it....eBay automatically issues a refund. Item was in excellent condition. Buyer has no right to complain about price...I can charge whatever I want and he can buy from anyone. Buyer needs to think more carefully before hitting the buy button and be more respectful in his comments and emails.
