    Seller refused to help at all when package did NOT contain any item. package sliced open at bottom. They Initially told me to contact USPS for reimbursement and eventually said contact EBAY. It may not be their fault but I would never order here again. Now I have to work with Ebay because they refused to reimburse.

    Buyer is very demanding and attempting to avoid Ebay policies demanding refund. The package was fully in tact when shipped and insured.
