    The condition of the bag was not what was pictured prior to purchase. Upon delivery, I immediately open the package and inspected the backpack and notice the bag had small tears and peeling, that over time make the bag unusable. I requested to return and refund the bag immediately. The seller has agreed to a refund. I am currently awaiting a return label to return the Wilson backpack to the seller.
