Item received did not work, seller insisted on multiple testings of item to prove it didn’t work, then suggested I needed to modify item to get it to work, appeared that seller aware of fault with the product, seller has unfortunate manner when communicating with buyers When seller finally agreed to honour returns process only refunded half of original purchase price, citing ‘used’ as the reason. On asking eBay to step in remainder of refund received speedily. Would not use seller again.
