Despite saying "fragile, please do not bend" on the envelope, the matting was bent above the signature, and another bend above that. Even the cardboard had a crease. I think this cardboard was way too thin to avoid being bent. Still, the item is nice. I will try to press down the crease and will enjoy it anyway!
