I transposed the length in accident. I offered a resolution but they refused and agreed to voluntarily return their purchase with the promise that I would reemburse them as soon as I received it back. I issued a full refund the very day that I received the item back. Then they threatened me with a dispute after the agreement was made. I go out of my way to satisfy my customers for return sales.

All fins had the tips broken and the jaw was broken. Double boxed. This was shipped over seas where they cram it and crush it into an aircraft luggage/cargo area. The shipper crushed the box, no amount of protection would have made any difference to how this was handled by Pitney Bose over seas. This customer refused to show pictures of the box, attempted to repair the wood piece with the wrong type of glue without consul
