These are an excellent product, but you must make sure your footware is able to take these. The can be used as new or as replacements for fitted from factory. Note that this item has two different colours laces. Easy to fit and of course YT videos if your not sure. Great seller. Thank you

Hello, We are sorry that your order never arrived - We saw that the tracking for the order stopped just outside Paris and that The French La Poste did nothing to investigate. We contacted you about this and offered to send you a replacement or a refund.
