  This item was clearly not new. The bubble on the package was torn off and taped on (this was not clear in the picture -nor in the written description). In fact, the cars (two cars purchased) were in the wrong position (transposed - see picture). They obviously were placed back in the wrong positions. Still, I agreed to accept the purchase only to find that the princess Leia car had pieces missing in the middle of it. Further, it took over a week to mail the item out.

  FALSE - Item was brand new but packaging was damaged. This was stated in the description and pictures showed this. Buyer also threatened negative feedback if they weren't issued a refund AND allowed to keep the item. Item shipped out within eBay time window. $10 item...it's always the small amount buyers. Selling items for hundreds & thousands, no issues...but the $10 kids toy, that guy has an issue. They don't read. They are betting you won't ship it back at an even further loss. Shameless.
