it's not the sellers fault, but , one should not buy shoes that you cannot try on. The first pair of New balance i bought were 15 years ago, model 470. They were the best shoe i had ever worn, like wearing comfy slippers, quiet to walk in, fit great. The company keeps discontinuing models, so i was buying the 481, which was close, but not as good, and these 510's are the worst yet. Clunky, stiff, remind me of wooden clogs from scandanavia.
