  Seller claims this watch is two tone in color (blue/black) it isn't - seller admits to using a filter. Second, seller claims the watch fits an 8" wrist - it does not, it is missing two links and fits a 7" wrist. Seller promised to make good on a partial refund to account for the "discrepancies" on his/her listing - promised, asked for two days to get the money together but did not follow through - only followup was tirade about sellers taking advantage of him/her, etc.
