I need to get Import License Notice by Japanese Customs. Usually, FedEx provide us some information that we can ask FedEx how to get Import License Notice, however, in case of this, they provide no informations. Please inform me how to get Import License Notice. If you cannot do it by your self, please inform me Fedex documentation such as your FedEx account number. AND also we need commercial invoice and Packing List from you. Please provide me.

I’ve used this seller before with great results. But, FedEx is letting them down. FedEx is giving the run-around. They deliver everything else to our address EXCEPT this shipment. I have called UsedEqSales multiple times with no answer, as only the shipper can make changes if needed. I think it is unfortunate if these items get returned for non-delivery as I needed them all. I blame FedEx, but it may help if I could speak with the seller to approach FedEx from that side of transaction.

It looks like FedEx made a second trip out here today and resolved this issue. If I could re-rate… I’d probably be more positive. I wish there was a way to assess shippers here… maybe if certain shippers received enough bad press via high transaction count platforms like eBay they would do something….
