Item did not work right, I own other mouth pieces from this same company with great results, this mouth piece did not perform not even half as good, I did not notice that there was a no return return policy.

Any mouthpiece change may require a period of adaptation of the embouchure, as well as a suitable choice of reed combination in both style and flexibility. Throughout our journey of more than 16 years, we have realized that this can often cause doubts and scare even in the most experienced saxophonists. Unfortunately, we have not received any contact from the buyer about this, but we are available to assist with whatever is necessary.

Arrived in reasonable time, however facing workmanship and playability weren’t what I was hoping for in a high baffle small chamber piece. It’s not a terrible buy, but expect to send the mouthpiece to be worked on by a professional refacer
