Unfortunately my item didn’t match the picture. This seller hid the issue. Look at my picture of the item I received. Now look at hers. She EASILY could’ve shown the same picture I did in her listing. Instead she was deceitful. I tried to be nice. Nope, she had to comeback with a “ well, some Fenton can have issues” lune. It was like pulling teeth just to get a partial refund. I can not with good conscience recommend this seller.

On April 22, 2024 they buyer sent me an email regarding the item she purchased. Stating that their was an issue. I apologized for the issue. In her email she said she would either like to return or receive a partial refund. I again apologized and told her what ever she would like to do is fine. She said it was like pulling teeth to get the refund. She received the refund that she agreed upon within an hour of notifying me of the issue. I wasn't hiding anything I try very hard to catch any flaws.

Great seller. Item came quickly. Took extra steps to ensure item was well protected and packaged during shipping . Lamp belonged to my wives great grandmother and the kids knocked it off the table and broke the shade. Lucky and grateful to of found this one!
