This seller is vindictive! Bought this item from him, received a clearly defective item. I contacted him, sent photos. I asked for a refund/or exchange. He flatly refused exchange, even though he had more in stock. He wanted me to return it. I did….no refund yet. Told him I’d like to buy the last one. He ignored me, and doubled the price. Also why high shipping for a short sleeve blouse in a cheap thin bag? Buyer beware. I think his ego got hurt when I told him the color was periwinkle not blue.
