This buyer never gave me the opportunity to remedy the situation. If product was received unusable, obviously, I would have provide recourse to correct the situation. Unfortunately, I was never given a chance to make things right here, as I ALWAYS attempt to do.

Item came exactly as described (though there is no figurine as pictured - that's an example of what can be made with the product). The nozzle and cap on the epoxy bottle works very well for semi-precise application; the cap also keeps the product from drying out well.
