    Fragrances are considered "Hazardous shipments" by USPS & can ONLY SHIP GROUND SERVICE. Ebay will only provide USPS GROUND LABELS for perfumes & colognes (which I explained to buyer). Sellers have no control over what is considered hazardous or how long ground service takes to be delivered to a buyers door. This buyer repeatedly asked for discounts, so leaving neutral feedback for an authentic, 1st quality item, shipped in 24 hrs & packaged to perfection, kinda smells like retaliation to me!
