    The equipment is new, the shipping was fine, but the equipment arrived defective from the factory and the seller does not want to respond, in addition I ordered it at 60 Hz and it arrived at 50 Hz, the LED screen does not work (from that moment there are signs that it was poorly manufactured) and when the time came to put it to work the equipment did not work, I ask for a refund since the seller refuses to change it or send me a device in good condition.
