On arrival it was in WAY better condition than described, I would argue it appears closer to nearly new condition, no scratches, or stains, the only visible wear is some very minor discoloration on the hinges. The advisement did state it had Windows 11 on it but it arrived with Windows 10; not really a big deal to me.

The battery (which I was paranoid was going to be aged and terrible) is surprisingly good. Only the most minor of aesthetic issues (the very outer lip of the mousepad is deformed A LITTLE) and for the price I think you are a fool not to buy refurbished vs new.
