  The pair I ordered is broken. The right piece does not work at all, and the left piece is very, very quiet. Although the experience taught me something, as everything does, I don’t recommend replicating my order. The price was far too steep for such a specimen.

  I have offered to start a return process, yet no response from the buyer. I continued to contact the buyer, offering a full refund, but I got no response every time I tried. I always provide refund options if a product does not meet satisfaction. This customer never replied to my refund offers and continued to ignore all my offers. I doubt this review since I tested and cleaned the product, and the buyer continues to ignore refund offers. This review does not reflect our quality at Random Stop
