    Item was great. Shipping not so great. I ordered on 3/19, Item was suppose to arrive by 3/28 n it arrived 4/10. A little disappointed by that because I picked this seller over other ones because they had the earliest delivery date. Also, I contacted seller on 4/2 because I haven't received my package n the item said shipped on ebay. they informed me that the item will be shipped by the end of that week which upset me because item said it was shipped n they are telling me otherwise. no tracking#

    Credit card was charged, but no filters ever arrived. My order status was changed to "untracked", whatever the hell that means. I have tried to contact seller 3 times and am getting no response. Preparing to reverse the charges. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
