    This 'New Open Box' item had a bad power supply. (see attached pic) Contacted seller TWICE ... NO response. Left with ordering a 'new' Power Supply. Hopefully there won't be any more surprises from this 'New Open Box' item. But NO response from seller? UNACCEPTABLE!
