    Seller cancelled delivery because they were unable to complete order. I asked for refund. I received notice that the order was delivered but it wasn't. No word on refund. I hope they are not trying to get out of refund by claiming item was shipped and delivered, when it was not either shipped or delivered. Please clarify refund status.
