    The quality of the item is okay. The earrings themselves are pretty; however, the part that goes into the ear and then secures into the back of the earring is bent a lot. I tried to bend it back but did not want to possibly break the earrings. It took a long time for the earrings to arrive as well.

    It arrived crunched up, and I haven't been able to straighten it out. I even tried soaking it in water and it still has fold marks across. I just wanted a straw hat for working in the garden and going for walks. I might try ironing the brim to see if I can get it to lay flat.

    Didn't receive as promised, had to make a request for follow-up through ebay. Seller took a week to ship and provide tracking information. Item arrived in good condition and is of very good quality. Because of reasonable pricing and fine quality I would buy from this seller again. Close to being a stellar seller but not quite!
