PLC Surplus Supply is a small family owned business. My son and I are the owners. We strive get your item shipped quickly. We have been in business for 10 years now and are working on growing it. We give 60 day warranty. We pay shipping on returns, not you. Free USPS Priority shipping in the United States. We are selling many used and new old surplus so from time to time there are problems with items. If there is a defective item we always side with you and get you a refund or replacement part ASAP.
