Ordered the Cane Replacement backs on Dec 23, they were supposed to arrive Dec 29 - Jan 3 but never did. The vendor and I exchanged emails on Dec 24th when he confirmed he would ship right after Christmas, but then he stopped replying even though I emailed a few times to ask for an update on shipping, since no tracking information was provided. The chair backs never arrived and the vendor vanished. Disappointing, these were a gift for an elderly parent. I've opened a case with eBay

My girlfriend was hit by a car while she was walking and was in bed rest for several months while she had to go through rehab and surgeries. I had to leave town and take care of her for several months till she was able to get back on her feet again. I did forget to put store on Vacation mode while away,. And hence why the issue with order.
