    item was NOT packaged well, fragile wood case was broken due to lack of packing materials in box that would prevent too much movement during shipping. Outer box was torn, and due to broken wood around case, blocks came out and were just loose in the box. I do not know yet if anything missing from set, but shipping methods and materials need some serious help!
