I won this 400 wayy outside lamp at a great low price BUT the seller contacted me to say he dare not send it after seeing the bulb was broken (400 watts) But offered to replace it with a 160 watt? No good so I asked to reduce the cost of the lamp by the cost for me to buy a replacemet 400 watt bulb He said NO and refunded me and I never got what I won I asked HOM to simply fit a mew 400 watt bulb HE said NO and just refunded me Not good
