  I didn't have the best experience. I ordered quantity of 2 eyeliners on April 28th & shipment was delivered to wrong address. (Thankfully I have honest neighbors) &did receive it a couple days later, BUT I Only Received Quantity of ONE, Not TWO-SHORTED!! After two emails to Seller to share the above, the responses were be patient & we'll send updated Tracking, which never happened, No Tracking. I had to get E-Bay involved & I finally got the shorted eyeliner today 5/15, 2- 1/2 weeks Later.
