    I am really sorry i was unable to respond to your messege. I learned that a family member had passed and I had my significant other take on the store. I wasn't able to communicate the cancel sale with her. Typically, the customer has the option to cancel the sale at any time before the shipping is done as well. So you could have canceled the sale at that time. I understand that you left negative feedback and would be very greatful if you would change that due to the unfortunate circumstances.
