Awful applying these to surface, end up having to applying individual letters which end up getting ruined

You received decal fitting instruction where you can find the link TO WATCH VIDEO how to lift sticker from the backing paper. If we managed to do that it means everyone can do the same. Sorry we can not guaranteed how professional handyman you are and how big experience you have to stick wall stickers. To lift this type of sticker takes a time. We can do that within 30 second , costumer without experience need 5 min to do the same job. If sticker have lots small peaces more difficult to lift it
