At NC Open Box Deals most of what we sell are items that are store returns. When a retailer sells a product and it gets returned, for various reasons, the retailer can no longer sell them as new. Most of our items have never been used but have been returned and is the reason we have to list items as open box. We try our best to describe any defects or marks on the items, if there are any.
