All returns must be in brand new un-used / unopened condition. Note that shipping fees paid are non-refundable and return shipping will be paid by the buyer, unless the item was damaged upon receipt and/or you received a wrong or defective merchandise.
All defective or damaged merchandise needs to be returned complete with original packaging and should not show excessive wear. To be authorized for a pre-paid return label for defective or damaged item, you need to contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the package. In your email/msg you must include detailed pictures and description of damages before a pre-paid return label will be issued.
Pre-paid return labels must be used within 3 days, otherwise it will be voided and you will have to pay for your own return ship
