    Absolutely awfu experience l will avoid this seller in the future! Slow postage & sent the wrong item. The returns process was made very difficult but I did finally get a refund after chasing

    I agree, it was awful. While I sent out the wrong item by mistake (I'm human), I helped you return the item while I was on holiday. You didn't have to chase me, I was doing everything to make it happen. Ebay asked for return label to be purchased outside of Ebay, after which, customer sent me a grumpy message of how small it is, instead of providing their email address for a bigger image. I got home at 3am, I'm sorry I could only issue next day and not right away as you expected it.
