    This item was delivered MARCH 18, nearly two months ago. Why was there no message sent if you were unhappy? I also have on free 30 day returns. Its unfortunate you felt you needed to leave negative feedback when I have one method which requires no communication (if that's what you preferred) and could have also messaged me any time in the last two months where I would have been more than happy to work with you so you weren't left feeling unsatisfied.
